Here's my fan spiritual sucessor to RK: rocketknightfanon.wikia.com/wiki/Rocket_Knight:_The_New_AdventuresOh yeah, ignore the capsule part, it was at that time where I didn't watch a certain cutscene RK2010. Its still quite draft-tee the story, I have made certain ideas such a stage where it takes place on the weasel's pirate ship. This pirate ship's on the sea not air.

Well... the plot is sort of all over the place. You really should take out the entire capsule part and that Axel is older than Sparkster. I'm pretty sure that Sparkster will be still able to fight even if his son is at the age of 13 years. Mifune was supposed to be a old man as well and still had enough energy to train Sparkster (and Axel?). As much as I know some knights were serving their kings even in their 50's and beyond as long as they were physically fit enough. As a knight you need to be fit for all situations, so there's no reason why Sparkster should give his young son this mass of responsibility at such a very young age. Most lads were knighted at the age of 20, so yeah, it would be more like a suicidal act to let a rookie be a leader right away. Sparkster became the leader of Rocket Knights at the age of 17 because Mifune Sanjulo was badly injured (or even killed, the story about it varies) and wasn't able to lead the Rocket Knights anymore, and as the adoptive son of Mifune no one else was there to be promoted as the next leader. Axel Gear betrayed Zephyrus and was banned from his home country, so he was out of question to become the next leader. You really should scrap the entire capsule part out of this story as it would make absolutely no sense.
Also... Stella Sanjulo and Kenneth Sanjulo? I know those names and they're not official. They are entirely made up. They never got names by Konami or Climax Studios/Climax Group.
Instead of trying so hard to focus on Sparkster making his son a Rocket Knight you should tackle down the situation a little bit differently.
Instead of letting Sparkster's son carry all the responsiblity Sparkster would need to carry on his shoulders, why doesn't he take his son along his adventures? Actually young lads were supposed to follow their "master" to carry all their stuff around, but they also learned how to fight. That's something Sparkster should do with his son as well. In this way Sparkster's son would learn how knights should act if situations are getting tight, and he would also learn NOT to mess with Axel Gear as he is, without a doubt, capable to kill Sparkster's son without any hesitation. Axel Gear might not be a crazy lunatic, but he would hit Sparkster exactly where it would hurt the most. Killing Sparkster's son would be the biggest triumph for Axel, and Sparkster would clearly give Axel the fitting opportunity by letting his own flesh and blood face his old nemesis.

If I wasn't so busy, I would've rewritten the story. At certain times when I think about it, I felt like his father should go with him, also I know those weren't official names. I just added them there since I didn't want to call them unnamed. But since I have problems of my own, the story's a draft.
This idea was originally created somewhere around 2015, there's another spiritual successor made in September but it had it's unique little story though.

Well if it's a draft and you have to rework it, why don't you wait with the posting until you're done or do you need some information? Also did you came up with the names yourself? If not you should mention where you got them.

I don't say that the attempt for a Rocket Knight 2010/Rocket Knight Adventures 3 sequel is a bad thing, but the ideas really should be overworked entirely.
Think about it that way: Sparkster was 17 years old when he was becoming the Rocket Knight leader in the very first game (and yes, this IS his legit age stated by Konami in a magazine). So the Gedol war might have been taken place 2 years after the war with Devligus Devotindos. Sparkster must have been 19 around that time. 15 years later Zephyrus was attacked by the Wolf Kingdom and got betrayed by Devotindos Empire a second time. This makes Sparkster 32-34 years old.
He's still young enough to handle adventures and fights by his own, and Axel Gear wouldn't be any older than Sparkster. Maybe 2 years of difference which would make Axel 34-36 years old.
Sparkster's son seemed to be at the age of around 8-10 in Rocket Knight 2010/Rocket Knight Adventures 3, so if his son is supposed to be 13 years old in your story Sparkster still would be young enough to tackle down missions and adventures. Sparkster could still be around to help out his sprout if situations are becoming too tight.
Nonetheless the idea of making Axel Gear younger through magic is pretty much an overpowered movement. Scrap that idea entirely. Also it is a common tradition that Sparkster and Axel Gear clash against each other as they are sworn enemies. Don't change that. It would totally destroy the climatic encounters between those two.
Rather than focusing on making Axel superior around Sparkster or making him the ultimate enemy for Sparkster's son you should keep it traditional. Just use Axel Gear as the annoying guy that always gets in the way to win some time for the guys he's teaming up with. In addition to that though you could give Axel some companions. People he was training to become strong Black Knights that can be used as the enemies for Sparkster's son. Leave Axel Gear himself to Sparkster. This way you play it out the safest.
Also I need to agree with MetalByakko about the names.
If you didn't came up with the names Stella and Kenneth then give credit to the people that originally came up with the names, OR think about some own names.

Of course I'll change certain things, if I wasn't so busy. For the names, they're thought up by Kohakukun19, I liked the names she made for them that I wanted to use it.

I don't know if she was the one who came up with the names first. I believe it was RapidKirby3K, but I might be wrong.
Anyway, rather than sticking to names that were made up by others you should think of own names for them. There's no rule that says that you need to stick to Stella and Kenneth. As the names are not Canon you can name then however you want.
