Slowly but Surely by the Japanese Thrash Metal/Speed Metal/Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Band Outrage. If someone knows the Vocal Tracks of Guily Gear Xrd -Sign- then you may recognize the voice behind it. Yes, it is the Vocalist of Outrage: Naoki Hashimoto. He and his band are still kicking butts since 1982.
