Aligence: Koal Army of Wizardry.

Appearence: About 7 feet tall. His fur is mostly a light golden color, with his hands and feet being white. His mane and the tuff on the end of his tail is silver, but were once a deep crimson when he was younger. He wears a crimson King's Robe with blue shirt and pants beneath. He Also wears a crown, and carries a Sceptor encrested with a magic orb.

Likes: Magic, Power, and Intelligence.

Dislikes: Technology, Devotindos

Stength: He is a very powerful wizard, his knowlege and magic is amongst the best of the world. He can control various elements, and can keep himself from aging.

Weakness: The Jewel on his sceptor is very durable, however if it's core were to be destroyed, Rasputin would age rapidly and die.

Bio: Rasputin has always had a talent for magic, as did many other residents of Koal. In Rasputin's youth, He was very studious when he wanted to learn spells from other Kingdoms and regions. In his mind, nothing could be stronger or as effective as Magic. He learned that many things could be done with magic. Building homes, controlling the weather, healing illnesses. Rasputin also knew it could be used for battle, but often chose not to as he never felt the need at the time.
After he become of age and became King of Koal, Rasputin heard of another practice known as "technology". He was very curious about it, and decided to visit the nearest country he knew of that had such knowlege. At that point in time, the only kingdom that had such knowlege was the Devotindos Empire. Not knowing the dangers of the Devotindos race, Rasputin went there and tried to form a treaty with them, to share and exchange knowlege of their trades as allys. This proved to be a horrible mistake.
Rasputin kept his end of the treaty by first teaching the Pig Emperor, the original Devligus Devotindos (pre-cyborg) the power of mind control. However the Pigs only repayed the favor by attacking Koal with their machines. This infuriated Rasputin as he had clearly been fooled. In response to the Pig's betrayal, Rasputin lead his People into battle. It was Wizardry versus Mechinary, and with the help of an ancient artifact which was handed down and protected by the Manegarde Royal Family as well as the combined power of his wizards, the Devotindos fled back to their own country. The machines may have been powerful, but the Feline Wizards were able to recover and heal far faster than the Pigs could repair damaged equipment.
Angry as a result of betrayal and seeing what he beleived to be dangerous, Rasputin decided to ban the practice of technology from his Island and to ensure that nobody could influence his people to practice such things, He created a storm which would surround the island, keeping invaders out. To keep the storm going, he would need to keep himself alive. Rasputin used the Sceptor, his family heirloom artifact which he used to help win the prior battle, to keep himself from aging, and has lived for over 400 years as a result. There were other side effects as well however; The Power of the sceptor gradually corrupted the King the more he used and depended on its power, and he became an agressive ruler, making rules and reprocutions more harsh over time.
Little did Rasputin know, there were people within his own Kingdom that had successfully learned how to use technology, but only did so in secret. Over the years however, the knowlege became lesser over time, and disapeared into obscurity all together. However there were still a small few that knew of it's existance, leaving books and parts in their labs for future generations.
